He basically spoofs pop culture icons with his own logo and limited edition streetwear. But the real magic is in his stores, he creates the feeling that you're entering a bakery but the only treats he's selling are his clothing and collectibles! People have been known to camp out up to 3 days prior to the opening. Here's some pics from the Boston stores:
